Thank you for choosing TemPolor! We are dedicated to getting your new gear to you as safely and quickly as possible.
This Shipping Policy applies exclusively to orders for TemPolor musical instruments and devices placed directly on TemPolorGuitar.com.
📌 Please Note: This policy does not apply to purchases made via Amazon, retail stores, authorized distributors, or other third-party channels. For those orders, please refer to the shipping policies of the respective seller or platform. This policy also does not apply to pre-orders, refurbished items, or separate accessory orders.
1. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major public holidays.

High Volume Delays: During peak seasons, holidays, or major sales events, order processing may take a few extra days. If your order faces a significant delay, we will notify you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
Your final shipping costs and available delivery methods will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. Rates may vary based on product weight, inventory location, and shipping address.
Shipping Zone Breakdown

Contiguous United States (Lower 48): FREE SHIPPING on all standard orders.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Territories: These regions are outside our standard shipping zones. Please contact our support team before placing your order to receive a custom shipping quote and confirmation.

International Destinations: Shipping availability and carrier fees will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your gear leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically takes up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system after shipment.

If your tracking status hasn't updated after 5 business days, please reach out to us at Support@TemPolorGuitar.com so we can look into it for you.
4. Shipping Carriers
To ensure your guitar arrives safely, we partner with a variety of trusted regional, national, and international carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL). The specific carrier used for your order is automatically selected based on warehouse proximity, delivery address, and package size.
5. Taxes, Duties & Customs

Duties Collected at Checkout: Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees calculated at checkout will be included in your final order total.

Duties Paid Upon Delivery: For destinations where import charges cannot be calculated at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or local taxes required by local authorities or carriers upon arrival.

Note for European Orders: Certain orders shipped from our Hong Kong fulfillment center to Europe may incur a flat $59 shipping and import handling fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Important Shipping Restrictions & Address Requirements
Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in severe delivery delays or return-to-sender scenarios.

No P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses: Due to the size and value of our musical instruments, we CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout.

Address Correction: TemPolor is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
7. Damaged Shipments (Shipping Claims)
Guitars are delicate instruments. While we pack every item with extreme care, transit mishaps can occasionally happen.

Inspect Upon Arrival: If your package or instrument arrives damaged, please take clear photos/videos of the damage and contact us within 5 calendar days at Support@TemPolorGuitar.com.

Keep the Box: Please keep all original packaging materials and the damaged product exactly as they arrived. These are strictly required by shipping carriers to file a damage claim and for our team to process a replacement or refund.

Carrier Delays: While unexpected weather or carrier-controlled events can disrupt delivery timelines, our team will fully assist you in tracking down your package or coordinating with the carrier.
