At TemPolor, we want you to love your music and your gear. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.
All purchases made on TemPolorGuitar.com are subject to the policy below. By placing an order, you agree to these terms along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Note: "TemPolor," "we," "our," or "us" refers to ECHO MIND LIMITED and its affiliates.
1. How to Start a Return
⚠️ Important: Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
To start a return, please email us at Support@tempolorguitar.com. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Eligibility Requirements:

Items must be in brand-new, original condition (unused, and with no signs of wear).

Must include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and promotional gifts.

Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Our Return Policies
We offer two types of return windows depending on the situation:
🎸 15-Day Hassle-Free Returns (Changed Your Mind?)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.

Condition: The guitar/product must be in its original, pristine packaging and in resaleable condition. If any original packaging, accessories, or parts are missing, a partial deduction will be applied to your refund based on our inspection.

Shipping Costs: For "change-of-mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (including cross-border or international fees, if applicable) to our designated warehouse.
🛠️ 30-Day Manufacturing Defect Guarantee
If your product arrives damaged or develops a non-human-related performance defect within 30 calendar days of delivery, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Qualifying issues include: Damaged on arrival (DOA), failure to power on, core functional failure, shipping damage, missing parts/components, or receiving the wrong item.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Returns
We cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

Products that exceed the 15-day (hassle-free) or 30-day (defect) windows.

TemPolor products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized dealers (please contact those retailers directly for their return policies).

Items with clear signs of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or irreversible human-caused damage.

Products missing their serial numbers, certification marks, anti-counterfeit labels, or original packaging.

Final Sale items, clearance products, and digital gift cards.
3. Warranty Policy
🛡️ One-Year Limited Warranty (In-Warranty)
All TemPolor products come with a one-year limited warranty (or longer if required by your local state/country laws).

What's covered: Performance and functional defects that occur under normal use and are not caused by human error. During this period, TemPolor will cover all repair costs and return shipping.

What's NOT covered:

Consumable parts subject to natural wear and tear (Gig Bag, Charging Cable, Guitar Strap).

Cosmetic damage, accidental drops, spills, or damage caused by force majeure.

Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, DIY modifications, or improper storage/use.
-
Issues caused by integration with third-party components or software.
-
⚙️ Out-of-Warranty Service
If your product is past its warranty period, we are still happy to help with repair services! However, the customer will be responsible for all repair parts, labor costs, and round-trip shipping fees.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
💡 Please note: Banks and credit card companies often take additional time (typically 3–7 business days) to process and post the transaction to your account.
If 20 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us immediately at Support@tempolorguitar.com.
6. Disclaimer
This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly on TemPolorGuitar.com. ECHO MIND LIMITED reserves the right to make final determinations regarding return eligibility based on a physical inspection of the items.
